Pam Victor is an improv comedian, author, happiness coach, speaker, teacher, and corporate trainer. She’s the Head of Happiness (aka founder and president) of Happier Valley Comedy, the first and only comedy theater in Western Massachusetts, where she works tirelessly and gleefully in service to their mission to bring more laughter, joy, and ease to the world through the tenets of improv. Pam created The Joy & Ease of Improv, a full, multi-level improv comedy curriculum, which she teaches at Happier Valley Comedy (and sometimes all around the world.)
Pam Victor is a recipient of the 2019 New England Public Radio Arts & Humanities Award. She is the author of Baj and the Word Launcher: A Space-Aged Asperger Adventure in Communication, a children’s chapter book that uses sci-fi to teach social and communication skills. Along with legendary improvisers TJ Jagodowski and Dave Pasquesi, Pam is the co-author of Improvisation at the Speed of Life: The TJ & Dave Book. In 2019, Pam presented the motivational TEDx Talk “Thank Your Inner Critic (and Tell It to Pipe Down).” A graduate of Smith College with a Master’s in Education from Iona College, Pam has received improv training from iO Theater (Chicago), Annoyance Theatre (Chicago), ImprovBoston, and from Second City Chicago teachers. Pam is married to a man who has seen more improv shows than any muggle should be expected to sit through, and she is the proud mother of two pretty friggin’ spectacular young adults. Pam is a nice person. She likes you already.
