Lauren K. Stein, a former journalist for Reuters, has written for the Boston Globe, Boston Magazine, Boston Business Journal, and Eat Boutique, a website that sources small-batch food products and offers recipes and food columns. With a very curious and very hungry toddler at home, Stein spends a lot of time in the kitchen preparing food with her daughter, an experience that inspired her first collection of recipes, due to be published by Storey Publishing in October 2015.
