About

Kelley Cleary Coffeen, PhD  is a culinary expert, food consultant, blogger, and author of five Mexican cuisine cookbooks, including 200 Easy Mexican Recipes. A native of the U.S. Southwest, Kelley has been fascinated by and immersed in Tex-Mex cuisine and culture. She hosted a weekly cooking show out of El Paso, TX, called Kelley’s Kitchen from 1995-2005. Her culinary work includes assisting the Joslin Center at Harvard Medical School and New Mexico State University with the development of healthy recipes for people with diabetes.
