Makes 1 cocktail

This blend promotes calm and is a natural mood enhancer.

Tea Base

  • 1 teaspoon chopped lemongrass
  • ½ teaspoon dried orange peel
  • ½ teaspoon unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 3½ oz brewed tea base
  • 1½ oz vodka
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

  • 1 pineapple slice

In a cup, place 6 ounces of room temperature water. You will only use 3 1⁄2 ounces for the tea base in this recipe, so don’t worry if there is extra left over. Feel free to sip, save, or discard!

In a tea linen or tea ball, combine all of the ingredients for the tea base. Brew in the room temperature water for 10 minutes, agitating from time to time. Remove the sachet/ball.

In a shaker, combine 3 1⁄2 ouncs of the tea base, the vodka, pineapple juice, and agave nectar. Dry-shake until the agave dissolves. Pour into a glass over ice. Swirl gently to chill. Garnish with the pineapple slice.
